We have a dedicated team of experienced accredited assessors who are able to quickly access client requirements and offer effective solutions. We are members of Elmhurst, Stroma, ECMK, recognised by the BRE and pride ourselves in achieving Investor in People status. As well as providing our clients advice on how best to meet their Part L obligations we are able to provide SAP Calculations, SBEM Calculations and Air Tightness Testing. We are also engaged with a number of clients in helping them to achieve Code for Sustainable Homes; our experienced team is able to provide advice on how to efficiently achieve their code targets and to provide both Design Stage and Post Construction Reviews. With Government approved Assessors and consultants, experienced in the planning and design to meet the new legislation in terms of the ecological impact for both new and existing structures. Qualified to assess energy ratings and CO2 emissions and issue Energy Performance Certificates for both in the Domestic and Commercial buildings , SCC Gecko Ltd are able to work with you to deliver more efficient designs and structures.
