SCC Gecko Ltd was employed by a local developer who is renowned for the involvement with quality build products, to conduct the Commercial Energy Assessment for this small office unit based in Newport Pagnell.  

SCC Gecko Ltd as an accredited assessor ,Conducted a level 3 assessment as this covers smaller properties with less complicated heating, lighting and ventilation systems. Most commercial properties will fall under a level 3 survey requirement, working closely with the Architect the project was completed both on time and to budget. With triple glazing and high levels of insulation the unit achieved a B rating and demonstrates what can be achieved with good working practices.
